Project summary
The Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield is a landmark art gallery which will house the Barbara Hepworth maquettes, as well as a number of other permanent and temporary exhibitions.
Working closely with the architects, Charcoalblue has designed a multi-functional space seating 100 people, with associated technical systems, including integrated touchscreen control of lighting, audio and video systems. |
The multi-function room supports the work of the innovative gallery, and will be used to host lectures and seminars associated with the gallery exhibitions, as well as by outside organisations for community events, seminars, meetings, music events, film and festivals. |
